Ingredients:
1 / 2 cup soy meat YAYITA type chicken chunks
1 / 2 tablespoon olive oil
salt
soy sauce
1 red onion
1 red pepper
1 clove garlic
coriander
vegetable broth
2 carrots, finely chopped
3 raw potatoes, finely chopped
1 cup mushrooms
4 medium tomatoes
1 tomato sauce
Preparation:
Place in a container to hydrate the soy meat Yayitas, while in a frying pan with onion oil, garlic, paprika and coriander, drained soy meat and mix it in the pan. When you are frying, it includes everything else. Depending on how you like it place the stew with either more or less water.
